“We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Hotel Diana restaurant for their excellent service and professional approach throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the helpfulness, friendliness, and care you extended to us during our corporate event. A big thank you also goes to the kitchen team for the wonderful food, which was a delightful highlight of our stay. Thanks to your dedication, willingness to help, and impeccable service, our event took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, and we all felt welcome and well looked after.“

“A hotel set in a beautiful location, offering the chance for pleasant walks to the nearby brewery and the town of Velké Losiny. The food was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful and professional. We would like to give special thanks to the manager, Mr. Kukula, and to the waiter, Mr. Janíček—who is truly excellent at his job, and not just when it comes to the restaurant’s menu. He was witty and offered us a wide range of options; we ended up tasting just about every variety of premium spirits and whiskies :)"

“A nice hotel in a beautiful location. The views are perfect. Breakfast was buffet-style, while dinner offered a choice of three dishes. Everything was delicious. The hotel also has a wellness area; however, since we spent most of our time at the thermal baths—for which we received a discount—we didn't make use of the hotel's wellness facilities.“

“A wellness hotel offering a wide range of services, including accommodation, dining options (choose from breakfast only, half-board, or full-board), and a wellness center. The hotel is accessible by car, with guest parking located right by the reception entrance. A complimentary minibus also runs several times a day, making it easy to get down to the spa, the thermal water park, and the pastry shop featuring homemade desserts and handcrafted pralines.”

“A beautiful setting in the middle of the forest. We came for a short weekend getaway and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nice and clean, and there’s a wellness area that’s perfect for relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, so you can sample a bit of everything. Fantastic! And the restaurant staff? Amazing. We’d love to come back.”

“An excellent hotel for a relaxing weekend; the location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Sauna, massages, and wellness facilities. Sports activities. Excellent cuisine. Helpful and friendly staff.”
